I am Karthick JL, a builder at heart, a strategist by experience, and a lifelong student of Customer Success.
For over 20 years, I have helped SaaS companies unlock growth not through hacks, but through what truly moves the needle, customer value.
My journey started in the trenches: Onboarding one customer at a time, firefighting escalations, and learning what great post-sales relationships really look like.
But over the years, I moved from delivering support to designing systems, building CS teams from scratch, scaling regions, and influencing product, sales, and strategy at the executive level.
